Would you bike to work?

When I visited Zurich municipality together with a delegation of Ukrainian Mayors during the study tour on efficient practices of local self-governance in 2010, the representatives of the Mayor’s office proudly shared with us the statistics, how many of the municipal officials use bikes to get to their office. Together with the traffic-congestion early warning system, this choice makes the local traffic evenly distributed and the environment clean.
